This is the Video Game list.

I should start this by saying that I adore video games. I have been playing them since I was very young and I have many memories of shouting at my NES when I was just a knee high to a Goomba. I am not a fan boy( mostly because I am a chick ) of a particular console or company and will be the first to crucify a franchise I love if they do something bat shit crazy like put in goddamn Pokemon beauty contests ( If I wanted to see Pikachu tarted up like a 3 dollar whore I would go on Deviant Art…)…sorry…off topic.

ANYWAY, My list will be shorter as some games are very long. I will attempt to complete those that can be beaten in reasonable amount of time, but some games have no end like Minecraft( Yeah I know there is The End with the dragon…but come on I am only human!) and I am not Billy Mitchell-ing Pacman to the kill screen…I have standards. Those I will play until I feel I have gotten the overall experience of them. ( or have thrown my computer out a window when a Creeper blows up my diamond house…)

I will play Games that I feel have defined their genre, like Halo for FPS or Silent Hill for horror games. I will also attempt to play games that are so terrible that they have had a lasting effect on video game history ….*shudder* I actually own E.T. on the 2600…

Now I should preface that I do not own all these consoles and so I will have to play emulators for some. I have played many of the games on the list but I will replay them with the fresh eyes of a blogger and see if I can review them with my new “List” mindset.

I hope to play 50 games before The Deadline, and I would love some suggestions. I will endeavour to play a large sampling of games so please let me know if I have missed some key titles. So would you kindly submit some titles in the comments below.
